Junior Awards

BLING

HI West Essex Juniors, the club has created this page so that you, and your parents, can see the bling that you can get just by shooting. I know mad isn’t it shooting arrows and bling.

There are many awards out there and they start from just shooting 36 arrow rounds. As you go further in our sport you can shoot 72 arrow rounds and then start to compete in club and open competitions and then onwards to a massive 144 arrows and record status shoots. With badges available at each new level.

Some awards will have their own scoresheet available from our website. All awards have their own rules and required scores, some are shown on the scoresheet (our 252 award) some are within the Archery GB website. Either under membership services awards or within the shooting administration procedures (SAP), both easily found with a quick search in google. If you are unsure on any of the awards please ask, the junior records officer, committee members and other juniors or parents of juniors will all be happy to help.

As with most awards once a badge is earnt a lower one cannot be claimed so start recording your scores now and check through to see what you can claim.

These badges aren’t exclusive to juniors in many cases seniors can gain these awards, or a version of it, as well.
